Marked on back, "14K, IPS" for International Pearl Syndicate, white gold circle with ten approx. 5.8 mm white pearls with sections of gold between creating the illusion of ribbon wrapping around, each section has three diamonds and milgrain edges, about 2" diameter and a total weight of 7.5 grams.
