A Cartier Retro 18K Gold, Diamond and Sapphire Brooch

Marked on back of clip, "18Kt, Cartier", sunburst form with undulating top and fluted detail, the bottom has notched out triangle with folded over flaps on the backside, accented with a 3.1 mm diamond (could use a little tightening) and arch of bright blue sapphires, double pin clip mechanism which is in fine working condition, 1 1/4" widest and a total weight of 10.5 grams.
