Spectrometer tested 18K gold, yellow gold with rosy gold accents on the edges of the horse shoe, inner darkened finish to accentuate the raised portions, just over 1 9/16" x 1 7/16", some wear from age mostly to back, a small attached ring on the bottom back to attach embellishments, faint letters can be seen scratched into back, total weight of 6.7 grams.
