With inlaid fans on each of the four sides and central oval on both front and back, silver plated handle and fitting marked "EPNS", some wear to the plating, no key present, fits two decanters each measuring 8 3/4" tall, old worn green felt in the decanter compartment bottoms, case bottom measures 11 1/2" x 6 1/2", one decanter currently contains some liquid as the stopper will not loosen.
