Marked on the clasp, a rolo chain with added ball detail, the chain measures 3.5 mm without the balls, appears to have been shortened at one time and a likely replaced clasp, 19" in length, suspended is a cameo set with eight double prongs, there is both a bail and pin mechanism, marked 14k on bail, the total length of the cameo including bail is 1 5/8", the weight of just the chain alone is 17.5 grams.
