This is an original etching by British artist Arthur Briscoe. The title of this composition is: Dutch Eel Boat, created and printed in 1933 in an edition of 75, this one is numbered as 14/75. It is hand signed by the artist in sepia ink lower right border. The image measures 13 3/4X10 inches. A fine depiction of this Dutch fishing boat coming into the dock.
