This is an original etching by British artist Eileen A. Soper. The title: On the Sand has an image of 4 3/4" x 7 3/4". The etching is signed and titled in pencil. Eileen was the daughter of British artist George Soper. At a very young age she gained great recognition of her etchings, done with the view of children through the eyes of a Child artist.
