An original etching by American artist Kerr Eby. The title of this work is: "Cider Mill", it was created and printed in 1940 in an edition of 100. The subject is a Cider Mill in Connecticut. Beautiful use of plate tone in the sky to contrast with the white snow. Eby was a master at capturing the bright snows of winter in New England. The image measures 7 1/16" X 12 3/4". The etching is hand signed by the artist with his "imp" after his name meaning he printed the proof himself. The image appears in the Giardina catalog as image number 201.
