Jacob & Co. 2.03Ct Marquise Diamond Engagement Ring in 18K Gold, Marked on inner shank, "18k, HOB, 2.03CT and remnants of ...& CO", center marquise diamond measures 2.03 carat weight with imperfect clarity set in six white gold prongs, each shoulder is set with eight princess cut diamonds measuring an approximate total 1.25 carats, each side of the shoulder is fitted with tapered baguettes (weight not estimated), ring size is a 7 and a total weight of 15.5 grams.
