James Ralph Wade (1898 - 1975), French Imperial Guard, 1810, Watercolor and Ink on Paper, signed "Wade '53", right side. 29" x 20" (sight). A lovely and stylish figure/uniform study, elegantly presented in gilt frame. James Wade was born in Missouri and worked in Los Angeles as a commercial artist.

Peterborough Auctions LLC, does not ship any lots sold at our auctions, but in the interest of assisting our customers, upon full payment and buyer's instructions, we will assist in arranging small lots to be picked up by our local shipper (UPS/FedEx dealer) once you have contacted them directly for services. All items are packed and shipped at the buyer's expense. Additionally we will provide shipper phone numbers for larger lots for this same process.
