Large 1857 Presentation Bible, Colgate Family; American Bible Society: New York, 1857; The front board with gilt lettering 'Charles Colgate, January 17 1862', presumably a confirmation gift for the then 13 year old Charles Colgate III (1848-1932), of New York City and Dalton, Massachusetts. 15 1/2" x 12". Front board detached.
