Rubin G. Lamb (1850-), 19th Century New England Moonlit Seascape. Small oil on canvas depicting a coastal scene lit by a full moon, with two figures in the foreground by a fire, and with ships on the water. Old repair and one small tear to canvas. Signed lower left, RGLAMB. Rubin G. Lamb (19th Century) American artist. Lived primarily on East Coast - Chelsea, Mass. Listed:( One Hundred and Thirty-fourth Annual Exhibition of Painting and Sculpture; Pennsylvania Academy of Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1939.). Lived in Palmer, Mass at the end of his life. 7 1/2" x 5 3/4" (sight), framed 9 1/2" x 8".

Peterborough Auctions LLC, does not ship any lots sold at our auctions, but in the interest of assisting our customers, upon full payment and buyer's instructions, we will assist in arranging small lots to be picked up by our local shipper (UPS/FedEx dealer) once you have contacted them directly for services. All items are packed and shipped at the buyer's expense. Additionally we will provide shipper phone numbers for larger lots for this same process.
