Identifying card on reverse: "American Locomotive Co 43591, Schenectady Works, June 1907 Builder's photo framed #4810 (taken adj to manufacturing plant in Schenectady, NY) Build for Lake Shore and Michigan South (L.S and M.S) division of NY Central. Pacific Style built 1907 wheel configuration 4-6-2.
