Vintage Model Otto Lucas Black Velvet Hat, with interior tags "Lord and Taylor", "Model Otto Lucas", Made in England, black velvet hat with seven top flourishes, each accented by rhinestones, some loss to stones, along with a mustard color velvet bow hair accessory with clip, by "Halle Winnetka", both come in an old open hat box.
