Antique 14K White Gold Lavender Stone Ring, Marked on inner shank "14K Wood", with center set lavender stone, possible topaz, measuring 8.25mm x 10mm, secured with four heavy prongs, milgrain and engraved details with a filigree gallery, ring size is approximately a 7 and the total weight is 4.4 grams.
