Italian Amethyst and 14K Ring, Marked on inner shank, "Italy 14k", long oval amethyst approx. 14.4mm x 9mm, secured with four prongs with elaborate textured setting with ball details, two chips on the underside and another on outer edge, ring is 7 3/4 and the total weight is 4.9 grams.
