Custom 14K Diamond and Sapphire Pendant, Unmarked, gorgeous contemporary piece with touches of antique influence, six graduating baguette diamonds over a center East-West set vibrant blue oval sapphire, flanked by sapphires and diamonds with a white gold teardrop with milgrain edging and diamond, total length is 3/4" with a weight of 5.6 grams.
