Diamond and Sapphire Ring, Marked on inner shank, "585", a yellow gold bezel center set East-West cabochon sapphire approx. 7.9mm x 6.8mm in a sea of pave set diamonds in white gold which runs down each shoulder, flanked in yellow gold with yellow gold shank, currently has two sizing balls with which measures a size 7 approx, total weight is 11.1 grams.
