Aquatint etching, 12 1/4†x 10 3/8â€, published by AAA with original label, pencil signed. Pennsylvania born Horter was known for his aquatints of urban scenes. This image won an award from the Philadelphia Print Club and is included in the collection of the Library of Congress.
