Etching, 12 1/8†x 9 3/8â€, pencil signed and titled, created and printed in 1939, Associated American Artists, NY, Nesbitt catalog as image RS 18. The subject is the Illinois River in Oklahoma. Nesbitt was a well known Regionalist artist who trained at the Kansas City Art Institute under deMartelly and Hart Benton.
