Sterling Silver Flip Cover Cigarette Case, In an envelope design with a spring loaded release to open the pointed left side of case, interior marked "PAT 43686 Hecho enor Mex 925 Cua Mex", approx. 5 1/4" x 3 1/4" and weighs 180 grams, normal surface wear from use.
