Sterling Silver Monogrammed Multi Use Case, Front case is. monogrammed "LVN", the main case opens with a push button, on the right is an old mirror which opens to a larger case for note paper or cash perhaps, opposite the mirror are two compartments, the top portion with two coin dispensers and the bottom an open case for small items, the bottom portion is marked "Sterling B 1011, 307", attached to the case is an oval link chain for carrying, it appears there is a small opening on the exterior top for a pencil or pen which is not present, the case is 3 1/2" long without the chain strap, total weight of 223.3 grams, normal wear from age and use.
